These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the wally.ae website and the products and services offered on it by Wally, operated by Fifty2 Global Solutions, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Wally", "we", "us"). By using this website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing hardware, or using the Wally platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of this website
You may use wally.ae for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape content at scale, or submit false or misleading information through our contact or inquiry forms. All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Wally or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
2. Store & hardware orders
Products listed in the Wally Store (NFC readers and related wallet hardware) are sold to business customers on an inquiry basis. Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not form a contract; a binding order arises only when we confirm your order and its terms (price, quantity, delivery) in writing.
- Pricing — prices shown are indicative, exclude applicable taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise, and may change until an order is confirmed.
- Delivery — delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
- Warranty — hardware carries the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled per the confirmed order terms; the warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification or improper installation.
- Returns — defective items will be repaired or replaced under warranty. Non-defective returns are accepted only where agreed in writing before the return.
3. Wally platform services
Use of the Wally platform (issuing and managing wallet credentials for loyalty, ticketing, membership and access) is governed by the service agreement or order form entered into with your organization, together with these Terms. Where they conflict, the signed agreement prevails. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit for credential issuance and for ensuring you have the right to use it. We process pass-holder data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and Security & Compliance page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Wally platform or hardware to issue credentials that are unlawful, deceptive or infringe third-party rights, or in any way that violates Apple's or Google's wallet program policies. We may suspend service for material breach of these Terms.
5. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is". While we work to keep information accurate and the site available, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platform service levels, where applicable, are defined in your service agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wally is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For hardware and platform services, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the confirmed order or service agreement, and otherwise to the amounts paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
