The VTAP100 PRO is DotOrigin's flagship NFC reader for connected venues. Where the standard VTAP100 acts like a keyboard plugged into your POS, the PRO handles taps server-side: each Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass read is processed by your backend (or the optional VTAP Cloud), so passes can be validated, logged and acted on centrally across every reader in your fleet.

This Wi-Fi & Bluetooth model is the most flexible way to deploy the VTAP 100 PRO — no network cabling required. It also acts as a BLE beacon, enabling proximity features like surfacing a loyalty pass on the customer's lock screen as they approach the counter. Certified for Apple VAS and Google Smart Tap, it reads every Wally wallet pass out of the box.
